About Me
I completed my undergraduate studies at the State University of New York (SUNY) College at Geneseo NY, where I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with a minor in Sociology. Shortly after, I began graduate study in education at Teacher's College at Columbia University. In 2002, my daughter and I moved to Newark, Delaware and I taught for one year at Thomas Mckean High School. I joined the Salesianum family in August of 2003. During the summer of 2007, I began an intensive graduate program at the Bank Street College of Education in NYC, where I am enrolled in the Leadership in the Arts Program, with a concentration in creative writing.
