- Drawing Contest for the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary. Draw an illustration that shows how every Delawarean can help prevent stormwater runoff polution. This stormwater washes pollutants, including litter, motor oil, dog waste, fertilizers, pesticides, into our local waterways. You rillustration should be drawn on an 11 x 14 peice of illustration board. The finished size of the actual illustration should be 8.5 x 11. This should be in the horizantal format, meaning the width should be 11 inches. The 8.5 x 11 should centered in the 11 x14 and covered with vellum. There is to be no text on the image unless it is "oil" on an oil can.
