Responsibilities of VTV Planning Team:
-- At the December meeting the Planning Committee members are expected to see
that the Action Steps for each Objective are being completed in the appropriate
time. We have Five Objectives (Academic Achievement, Catholic/Salesian Identity
and Mission, College Selection, Student Body Diversity and Academic Excellence
(non – MSA goal), and Institutional Advancement and Facilities Renewal
(non – MSA goal).
-- After input from the Action Team Leaders and those responsible for completing
the Action Steps, we will focus on a few action steps of concern and on Objective
3 in particular. The Action Team leaders are here to answer any of your questions.
6:10-7:30 PM Review of Specific Objectives and Action Steps
-- We will begin with a five minute presentation from each Action Team Leader
on the basic status of each Objective and any action steps of concern. There
are few major issues regarding Objectives 2, 5, and 4, so their Action Team
Leaders will present first and we will make any recommendations for the future
implementation of their Action Steps. We will then spend the majority of the
question and discussion time on Objectives 1 and 3.
6:10-6:40 PM
