Responsibilities of VTV Planning Team:
• The Planning Team is responsible for conducting the annual review of
the efforts to satisfy Salesianum’s Five Objectives (Academic Achievement,
Catholic/Salesian Identity and Mission, College Selection, Student Body Diversity
and Academic Excellence (non – MSA goal), and Institutional Advancement
and Facilities Renewal (non – MSA goal).
• This Annual Review shall include an examination of the status report
for each Implementation Plan, and the contents of the Data Book.
• The Planning Team will issue an Annual Report summarizing the results
of this review. The report will include a statement of commendations, as well
as a listing of recommendations for future action.
7:10-7:50 PM Annual Review of Five Objectives and Action Steps:
Procedure: Based on the review of the action plan status sheets, each group
should identify 3-10 commendations and 3-10 recommendations. While consensus
is ideal, it will be difficult to achieve in the short time we have together.
Re/Commendations should be coded as to whether the represent the unanimous view
of the group (everyone is in agreement), a strong majority (3/4 of the group
is in agreement) or a simple majority (1/2+ is in agreement). All groups will
present these re/commendations to the large group for further comment.
