Grades

• Students can expect a minimum of 4 test per quarter.

• The grading policy found on page 12 of the 2001-2002 Student Handbook will be followed.

• The final grade for the course will be based on the numerical average of the four quarter grades and the final exam grade.
  
• Homework will be given regularly to be cumulatively counted as a test
  
• Class participation a must
  
• Any student who achieves an A in both quarters will be exempt from the final exam. 

Computer Usage

The "Acceptable Use Policy for Computers at Salesianum" found on pages 18-20 of the 2001-2002 Student Handbook will be followed. For example, playing games, using chat rooms and instant messaging are forbidden. A detention or a demerit will be issued to anyone who violates this acceptable use policy.

To ensure that the class attendance is accurate, each student must report to his assigned seat at the start of class. When directed, students will work on the computer assigned to him.
