My name is Bill McGowan. I have been a teacher and coach at Salesianum School for seven years. I am a 1997 graduate of Salesianum and hold a Bachelor’s degree in History from Mount St. Mary’s University. I have also been named the 2008 James Madison Fellow of Delaware.
