MRS. GODFREY'S MATH LAND

My brother Dave and I at his graduation from Sallies in 2005 and my husband Rick '95 and I at our Wedding.

I am currently in my fifth year at Salesianum School where I teach senior Probability and Statistics - Phase 3 and fresh/soph Geometry - Phase 3. I have also taught senior Trigonometry - Phase 2 and soph/jun Algebra II - Phase 3.

I have included information for my courses regarding the syllabus, course descriptions, homework assignments, and class handouts. Check out some of the great reference websites for the students to utilize on their own too. I know how much everyone enjoys doing math on their free time!

On a personal note, I graduated from Washington College in May 2004 with a B.A. in Mathematics and Secondary Education Certification and I played volleyball and basketball for WashColl. I am also a 2000 alumna of Ursuline Academy where I serve on the Alumnae Association Board. I am currently finishing my Masters Degree in School Leadership from Wilmington University.

I am coaching Junior Varsity basketball at Sallies for the first year and I also coach Varsity Volleyball at Tower Hill . I am a huge sports fan and enjoy cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles (This year is our year!) and the Philadelphia Flyers. I recently got married to Rick Godfrey, Class of 1995.

Before and After School Help

I get to school early in the morning, usually by 7:15 AM, and remain after school until at least 3:00 PM. Students should feel free to schedule times for extra help. "Drop-ins" are always welcome, providing that I'm not working with another student, or attending a meeting. Please play it safe and schedule something in advance.
